Office Assistant / Front Desk

Responsibilities:

  • WOW every customer through all phases of the process
  • Communicate and coordinate repair appointments, rental cars, deductibles payment, etc
  • Facilitate the administrative aspect of the repair process

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of customer service and administrative experience
  • Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast paced working environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Above average computer skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
