Environmental Compliance Project Manager

Candidate will serve as a Senior Project Manager for EQM working at a customer facility in Burns Harbor, IN.
Job Description/Job Duties
Candidate will serve as an on-site manager of EQM personnel, interfacing and reporting directly to the client and act as the single point of contact.
Candidate will manage the 4-person EQM environmental group to assure quality data collection, report generation and deadline management per client's needs.
Candidate will work on a variety of environmental activities, including monitoring client's adherence with environmental regulation, assisting client 's adherence to those regulations, assist client in submitting proper reports in a timely manner, habitat restoration, community outreach and instructing plant personnel in a variety of topics such as; DOT; Haz Waste, Haz Materials; SWPPP; ISO 14001 and General Environmental Awareness.
Skills and Experience Required
Candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in environmental compliance
Experience with integrated steel and coke manufacturing
BS degree
Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must. Must have ability to effectively communicate with people of various levels of responsibilities from corporate personnel to union personnel.
Ability to manage a diverse work group, as well as lead project teams to successful conclusions; leadership and guidance of junior level personnel in multiple projects and safe work performance.
Must be able to work in customer facility in order to assist in multi-media environmental compliance of client, specifically Title V Air Permit of this facility.
Ability to conduct various training programs. Those trained are from a diverse work force in many levels of responsibility.
Proven record of successful project management, meeting deadlines and budgets.
In depth understanding of the steelmaking process and experience in the industry.
Office management and field experience is important.
EQM conducts pre-employment drug screens and physicals.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
