50 an hour Overview We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined and experienced Fabricator/Machine Operator/Material Handler to join our small Machine Shop.
As a Fabricator/Machine Operator/Material Handler, you will be responsible for some MIG Welding, safely and efficiently operating machines and moving materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the overall operations of the facility.
Responsibilities - Safely and accurately load, unload, and move materials using various equipment such as forklifts & pallet jacks - Operate Equipment, Handle tools and weld - Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records - Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders - Inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices - Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient material flow - Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Requirements - Looking for experience as a Fabricator/Machine Operator/Material Handler or similar role in a warehouse setting - Some welding experience is required - Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and equipment operation - Forklift experience operating various types of forklifts - Knowledgeable with tools - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment If you are a hard working and dedicated individual with experience in materials handling and warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply for this position.
